Before I started my journey with metaplastic carcinoma (a rare form of breast cancer), I was a holistic counselor for clients in their teens and early 20’s. (You can check me out with hair, here. :) I specialize in quick tools that can “hack” our brains out of “fight/flight" and empower us to return ourselves to balance.

As I navigated chemo, chemo failure, surgery, surgery failure, radiation — I know you get it — I relied heavily on the same tools I use with my teen clients. Then I started sharing these tools with others cancer thrivers as well. It is such an honor for me to be able to assist you on your journey.
